We’re happy to accept returns of items with all original tags attached within 28 days (14 days for items purchased in a sale) of receipt of the parcel.

When you return goods within the period specified above (other than as a result of a defect in the goods) you must pay the cost of returning the goods.

We cannot accept items outside of this return window and if items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back at your own cost.

We recommend you return any items by registered, signed for, or recorded delivery and purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in the same condition they were received with original tags and packaging intact. Any product that has been damaged or worn will not be refunded.

Can I cancel my order? 

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 – 2 working days, so if you want to cancel an order without incurring a cost, you need to cancel before your order is dispatched. If you do want to cancel an order before dispatch you will need to contact us via email at

If you would like to change anything about an order please email us at BEFORE the order is dispatched, to avoid having to pay for delivery again.

You can cancel the order if you do so within the time limits (normally within 7 days of receiving the goods) under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as amended. 
After that, in relation to any goods sold through the Site, customers in the UK have 21 days from the day we shipped your order and for customers outside of the UK 34 days from the day we shipped your order in which you may return your order to us.
