A little bit more about yourself:

I’m a trained natural foods chef, certified holistic nutritionist, co-founder of How You Glow, creative director and lifestyle journalist. Borned and raised in LA, I’m in love with exploring the globe but also beyond happy to be home with my husband Brian and pup Soba.

How you start your day:

I wake up early, before my husband, and start my day by drinking water, brushing my teeth + washing my face, meditating in bed, reading my current book, and snuggling my pup. It’s really the best way to start the day.

How you fill your day:

Everyday is a new adventure. I wear many hats and have many different projects going on at once, so everyday feels new, fresh, and exciting. I usually always try to fit in some sort of movement, delicious food, and relaxation in between it all.

How you end your day:

I wind down the day with a sweet treat, and cozy time with my husband and pup on the couch.

Go-to recipe for nights in:

Broiled fish and a simple salad is my go-to. It’s so easy and delicious, leaves the fish perfectly cooked, and takes so little time. For my salads, I love just olive oil, sherry vinegar, salt, and freshly cracked pepper.
Another favorite is meatballs, so quick and delicious!

Go-to cocktail:

I loveeee an extra dirty martini with extra olives :)

Go-to take out:

I usually get takeout once a week, and my favorites are Esquela Tacqueria, Jon & Vinnys, AOC, and pizzana.

Always in your home:

Fresh flowers, candles, extra virgin olive oil, hummus, chocolate, berries, and cozy blankets.

“Feel good” song:

“My Love” -- Route 94

Ultimate self care tip or ritual:

Meditation, hands down. It can be anything from 2 minutes to longer, but taking time to just sit still with yourself changes everything.

Daydreaming of being (vacation spot):

I go to the Hamptons every summer with my husband, who grew up going there. This would be my 12th year in a row spending the summer there, it’s my happy place, and just trying to figure out how to get ourselves there amidst everything going on!

What will you be wearing:
