Daydreaming with Lottie Esfandi

Lottie Esfandi, Co-founder Paloma Blue
A little bit more about yourself:

One half of Paloma Blue, Londoner at heart, print aficionado, perfume addict and Mama to crumpet

How you start your day:

I try not to look at my phone first thing, so I don’t feel instantly overwhelmed when I see how full my inbox is! I meditate for 10 minutes (I love the Calm app) and take some time to think about what I want to achieve in the day. Followed by taking my dog Crumpet out for her morning walk and when I get home, I make myself a large coffee to kickstart my day.

How you end your day:

With “Golden Hour”!  The evenings are my time to unwind, either by having a relaxing bath (using Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax bath oil), taking an evening stroll and reconnecting with my husband & loved ones.

Go-to recipe for nights in:

Spaghetti & meatballs

Go-to cocktail:

Tequila, soda and a splash of grapefruit juice

Go-to take out:

Pizza, always! In particular L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele

Always in your home:

Fresh flowers (sweet peas are my favourite) and lots of photographs of my loved ones

Feel good song:

Ain’t No Mountain High Enough By Marvin Gaye – it takes me back to dancing around the kitchen with my mum

Ultimate self care tip or ritual:

Be kind to yourself
